What’s New
Pilates Emporium supported CIBC “Run for The Cure” on October 2nd. We felt that if People can endure this disease, Friends and Family can help fight this disease, then we can support the cause. We provide post-rehabilitation Breast Cancer programs for anyone looking for this kind of fitness option. It was an honour to provide shelter from the cold for the walkers and runners of the day with our contribution supporting the BBQ. Great job everyone. So happy we could be there to join you.

Yoga
We have received adequate interest in the class to offer Yoga/Pilates on Monday evenings at 6:30 beginning October 17th. Please call and let us know if you would like to participate.

Scheduling your Sessions
We have become quite busy at the studio and it has become necessary to have clients book into regularly scheduled classes in order to get their sessions in. We suggest that you book at least 1 regularly scheduled class per week. That will guarantee your spot. Just email or call within 4 hours if you need to cancel your spot so we can contact clients on the waiting list.

Physiotherapy through Therapeutic Pilates
We welcome Mia Dang to Pilates Emporium. Mia is a Physiotherapist and Stott Pilates Instructor who will be providing assessment and programming for clients at the Studio. Clients can utilize their Employee Benefits to access Mia’s services. Please call and talk to the studio staff to book your appointment or find out more details.

Open House
Open House for all new clients on October 21st 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Join us or send  a  friend. Our Referral program allows for Clients to receive  15% off their next purchase of sessions when they refer a client that signs up as a New Client.
